Using Xish
Xish provides sales recording, stock tracking, credit sales management, staff access, reports, public product discovery, seller pages, buyer requests and related business tools. You agree to use Xish lawfully, honestly and only for genuine business or product discovery activity.
Business accounts and staff
Business owners are responsible for their account, subscription, staff access, prices, stock quantities and public listings. Staff should only use the access level given to them. Owners should remove staff access when an employee leaves or no longer needs the app.
Subscriptions
Xish is not a permanent free business product. A trial may be offered, but continued operational access requires an active subscription. If a subscription expires, business data is preserved, but operational access and public product visibility may be restricted until renewal.
Public marketplace and buyer requests
Xish helps buyers discover sellers and helps visitors post product requests. Xish does not own the listed goods, does not collect buyer payments and does not guarantee that a seller, buyer, price, quantity or delivery promise is correct. Buyers and sellers must confirm details directly before any payment or delivery.
Prohibited activity
Do not post illegal, misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, restricted, stolen or abusive content. Do not impersonate another business, misuse customer information, scrape the site, attack the service or use Xish for fraud. Xish may hide listings, restrict accounts or remove access where needed to protect users.
Availability and changes
Xish aims to be reliable, but internet service, hosting, payment providers, email, WhatsApp and other third-party services can sometimes fail or change. Xish may improve, change or remove features where necessary. For a formal legal launch, these terms should still be reviewed by a qualified Nigerian legal adviser.
