PRIVACY
Xish uses business and contact information to run the app, support subscriptions, show public listings and help buyers and sellers connect.
We may collect business name, owner name, staff names, email, phone number, business location, product records, sales records, credit sales records, public listings, buyer requests, support messages, advertising inquiries and basic usage activity.
We use information to create accounts, protect access, process subscriptions, show public seller and product details, send renewal or stock alerts, improve the app, respond to support requests and keep activity records for business accountability.
If a business enables public listings, selected seller details, product names, prices, available quantity, ratings and chosen location/contact details may appear publicly. Buyer requests also show the contact details provided by the buyer for up to 24 hours.
Card and payment processing is handled by payment providers such as Paystack. Email and WhatsApp notifications may be delivered through providers such as Resend, Twilio or Meta-approved WhatsApp services. Xish should only share the information needed to deliver those services.
Business records are preserved while an account exists, including after subscription expiry, so the owner can renew and continue. Xish uses access controls and private server credentials, but no online system can be promised to be perfectly secure.
Business owners can update profile details, hide public product listings, change staff access and contact Xish for account support. For privacy requests, contact support through the contact page or email support@xish.shop.
